In 2018 Zip World were starting to get noticed. A fast growth company with big plans.

They had a terrible website that was not fit for purpose. As a result they were having to invest heavily in staff and equipment to maintain a booking call centre.

We liased with the booking system and built the current CMS platform and booking integration (part of their business platform). 

The brief was challenging as they were using an online business management tool which also handled their bookings but had very limited capabilities. We built an independent API in JSON that now handles the majority of the logic required to complete a multi-activity, multi-location booking before sending the simple requests for tickets to the booking system.

The same site is still in operation today (2023) and the Adventure Booking Centre has seen a significant drop in call rates due to customers now being able to complete a more complicated booking online.
